New restaurant in town with healthy-food, Mercado Bratislava, Slovakia

The interiors are a mix of earthy and industrial, with quirky chairs in burnt orange, apple green and dark olive.
Natural light spread over floor-to-ceiling windows, and an outdoor pavilion offers beautiful views of the River Danube

Chef Peter Petráš menu is one quarter vegetarian and gluten free, comprising a tempting mix of local Slovakian, Mediterranean and Eastern specialties such as the potato pancakes with fried chicken livers and rye bread and gluten-free bruschetta with beetroot, horseradish, apple and ricotta cheese. Drinks list includes inventive creations as honeybush iced tea with sea buckthorn, mint, mullein flowers and agave syrup.

Concrete

Hello,

How are you all? today is all about concrete! personally I have a huge crush on concrete! it's beautiful! I love the structure, colours, and it gives that industrial look to your interior.

The industrial look in interior design has been around for a while now and whilst we aren’t all lucky enough to live in an old converted warehouse that is full with authentic industrial elements, there are ways to give our homes a distinctly urban feel.

One of the easiest ways to achieve an industrial look is to use industrial materials like - Concrete. In recent months I have witnessed a huge rise in the use of concrete in interior design. Many designers are now using concrete in unexpected and unusual ways.

Garden party ideas

Having a garden party is a wonderful way to celebrate spring/summer and get everyone outside.
A garden party may seem like it has to be expensive but it doesn't have to be. Garden parties are a great way to entertain friends and give you an excuse to dress up!

1. decoration
The garden party décor does not have to be elaborate. If you have the space decorate a small table with a tablecloth (or anything similar) place a vase of flowers in the middle or float some flowers in a bowl of water and voilà!

it could be: vegetables, fruits, canapés, cupcakes.....
2 recipes:

1. Cold Roast Beef, Blue Cheese & Grapes
Ingredients

Rare roast beef
Blue cheese
Grapes

Stack a thin slice of rare roast beef on top of a chunk of blue cheese and a grape. Spike it and eat it!

2. Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed with Pesto
Ingredients

1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, peeled
5 Tbsp. pine nuts
1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus additional as needed
1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 pound cherry tomatoes

Place the basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, salt, olive oil, and Pecorino in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. If the pesto is too thick for your taste, add a little more olive oil.

Cut the tops off the tomatoes. With a small spoon, scoop out the seeds and pulp, taking care not to puncture the skin. Fill the tomatoes with the pesto and serve at room temperature.
